ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, STAY
Yes, the railway station is only 550 metres from our facilities.
At present, our facilities are not adequately equipped to accommodate persons with mobility impairments, as they are not subject to the requirements of current legislation (Law 13 of 1989).
Our facilities face directly onto the seafront promenade. You need only cross the street to find yourself on the beach: the distance is about 30 metres.
Our facilities are located right next to the centre of Villamarina and just a few minutes away from the centre of Cesenatico, where you can find all the main places and services you need (restaurants, minimarket, pharmacy, shops and much more).
Our hotels are 25 km from the Mirabilandia amusement park. In the immediate vicinity of the facilities there are also several amusement arcades and a small amusement park in Valverde di Cesenatico.
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
If cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit may be recovered and used for another stay in an alternative period, again during the current summer season. If it is not possible to stay in an alternative period, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the event that you have to interrupt your stay early, the price of the overnight stay for the days booked will be charged, excluding unused meals.
Rooms are delivered by 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Yes, we guarantee maximum freedom of movement at all times, thanks also to the presence of our night watchman.
No, tourist tax is not included and is always calculated separately.

Yes, we have a swimming pool and whirlpool that children can access freely. Opening and bathing hours are from 9:30 to 12:15 and from 15:15 to 19:30.
Our hotel is not a specialised family hotel, but we take great care of families: we offer an entertainment service for 8 hours a day, divided between activities in the hotel and those on the beach.
The affiliated bathing establishments are only 30 metres away from our facilities.
Yes, we have an open-air car park for a fee located right at the foot of our facilities. Alternatively, we offer a second open-air car park 400 metres away from the hotels, also available for a fee but at a slightly lower rate.
Yes, pets are welcome in our facilities! There is a small daily surcharge for their reception.
Yes, the facilities are equipped with a lift to reach the floors comfortably.
Yes, we provide our bicycles for the use of all guests at no extra charge.
Yes, in case of need, guests can safely deposit their luggage at the reception.
THE ROOMS
Yes, rooms with a sea view are located at the Hotel Mexico, from the second floor upwards.
A minibar can be placed in the room at the explicit request of guests. A daily supplement is charged for this service.
Yes, air conditioning is present in all our rooms and is always included in the price of your stay.
Yes, almost all our rooms have a balcony, with the exception of single rooms, which do not.
KITCHEN
No, unfortunately we do not have the possibility to offer customised or specific menus for people with coeliac disease.
We do not offer dedicated or customised menus, but are happy to accommodate special needs if communicated in advance of arrival.
Yes, please inform us in good time of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
Of course. At the request of parents, our chef prepares meals for the little ones (glutamate-free vegetable broth, vegetable puree and pastina), with the possibility of having them for lunch and dinner half an hour earlier than the standard times, namely 12 noon and 7 p.m. If you prefer to use special flours, maize-tapioca, cereals or homogenised foodstuffs, you can easily bring them from home or buy them in nearby shops.
On request and at the time of booking, we also offer the possibility of having a mini-fridge (empty) in your room to keep milk, juices or snacks cool for a small daily charge. You will also always find a microwave oven in your room for heating milk at any time.

The restaurant is open from 12:30 to 13:00 for lunch and from 19:00 to 20:00 for dinner. The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am.
Yes, on request we are happy to prepare sandwiches or cold dishes to take away in lieu of lunch or dinner at the hotel.
